England; Mathematics and Science at the
University of Bergen, Norway.

Eser Afacan
studied Physics and Mathematics at the
University of Manchester and Exeter,
England; Mathematics and Science at the
University of Bergen, Norway.
Coincidentally, he met the famous
Norwegian artist Odd Nerdrum and
attended his atelier/Renaissance Art
School in Oslo(1983-1986). In 2003, he
moved to Canada from Norway, where he
lived and worked for 25 years.
He
is a
modern day alchemist. He
is widely known for his self developed
unique technique; his method of using
various chemicals while painting.
He is a drama painter. He depicts
feelings on canvas and absorbs the
viewers into that dramatic journey
of the
human being.
He continuously works to improve his
proficiency and enthusiastically trains
other artists. His works of art are
sought after by collectors.
Eser Afacan feels the honour and
excitement of sharing his works of art
produced throughout the past 25 years
with us, in his first solo exhibition at
home.
