Nusret Topuzoğlu
He is a self-taught artist born in Istanbul,Turkey.
He painted on and off during his banking career as a
hobby. In 2001 he opted for early retirement to
spare time to paint. It was not until 2004 however
that he took up art as a career. Since then he
exhibited in various venues in Turkey. He finds
watercolour a very exciting medium to paint with and
although he uses a variety of techniques and styles,
he likes painting in a loose, quick and wet style
trying to render works look fresh and transparent. |
